Orders within Sweden are shipped with PostNord. European orders are shipped with DHL Express.
Each order is carefully prepared and presented in our signature boxes. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance procedures or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. We do not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated.
International Orders, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at support@cicero-studio.com as soon as possible after receiving your shipping confirmation so we can assist you.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. However, we will always assist customers in resolving delivery-related issues whenever possible.
