Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact us at support@cicero-studio.com with your order number. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, we recommend placing a new order to secure availability and returning the original item once your return request has been approved.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:

– Final sale items
– Personalised or made-to-order products

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

United States returns

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
